3Works great, looks terrible  Oct 25, 2010 By maverator
It's everything that's advertised. Connectivity is great (when the XM Radio isn't stuck "checking" forever). The main problem is the user interface looks like something from the '90's. You can't even see the entire names of songs because only 16 characters are displayed. It's jagged and ugly. For such a high-tech product (and market) I'm kinda shocked that the interface is so pathetic. Take a cue from the iPod (or maybe more realistically Android) and make it pretty and easy to use. The interface essentially hasn't changed at all in the last several years through several product revisions. I also used the KVT-512 and it was nearly identical. This is not good.

5GREAT DEAL  Oct 14, 2010 By Albert
This was a great deal and seller is fast shipping. I have had installed in my 1992 custom Chevy truck since 9-17, works great
I also got the Kenwood Kna-G610 Hideaway Garmin GPS Navigation System installed.
Like the usb feature, i got 8Gb flash drive hooked to it for all my music, i wont even need to use the cd player.
Product is KICK A** !!!
THANKS!!

5Upgraded from KVT-514  Nov 26, 2010 By Brent
Well I say upgraded but, I had my KVT-514 stolen.. That being said. This unit is much the same. Very clear sound going to my Polk components with no amp. I do however have it going to a Kenwood amp attached to 2 subs. The 514 had no adjustment for the sub on screen that would work. This unit does. Over all I am very satisfied with it. I don't have any navigation modules going to this as I'm fond of my separate gps unit that I can take out of my car and inside....

Overall: Good product and great sound. Touch screen seems to be a bit more responsive than the 514, but the 514 is old news... I'm happy with it.
