Hi guys, I just wanted to write a review on this amp now that I've had it hooked up for around a week now. I replaced a very cheap Pyramid "1000w" amp that produced next to nothing on my two 12" MTX Terminators.
All I can say about this Kenwood amp is WOW. I've literally had to turn down the settings on the amp, as well as the bass on my stereo just to hear the lyrics because the bass is so wonderful and loud. The price I got at the time with shipping was round $115 which is a great deal. I could not be more HAPPY with this amp after several disappointing amps prior. My bass rattles the whole block.
Kenwood is a brand name for a reason. I highly suggest this amp to anyone with two 12" subs.

The amp been in my car for like a week or two now with no problems at all, it lights up blue and red which is pretty cool. I had it on for like about 2 hours straight and it didn't shut off and it didn't got hot. Two days ago I bridge the amp to get more watts out of it and it gets pretty hot after 30 minutes or used, the bass is incredible with my 15 inch subwoofer, it also sounds pretty good when is not bridge but I got it to get the full 1000 watts so I'm looking for a way to cool it down so I wont burn or caused damage to the amp. I'll rated it 5 stars with out bridging and 2 stars when is bridge,well 2 because it gets hot and 5 stars for the bass.

I first used this amplifier to power my rear 6"x9" Polk DB90 speakers and the sound quality was amazing. I am now using this amp to power a 12" MTX subwoofer that was previously powered by an MTX amp. My 12" has never kicked so hard and so cleanly before. This amp has been running for a long time and has never over heated either.
Excellent buy at an excellent price. Highly recommended!

I bought this amp about 2 weeks ago and it was worth the price. I have it hooked upto 2 12" Kicker Comps[...] in my 1994 Acura Integra GSR. The amp is hardly turned up and this system hits very hard. If the weather gets nice out here in Ohio I will add a video review so you can hear it and see it.
