I recently purchased these speakers to replace my factory front speakers in my 08 Civic EX. They sound is much crisper and cleaner throughout; however, the one thing it lacks is a rich bass sound. So if you are looking for that, these are not the speakers for you. Though these speakers are rated at 25 RMS it can probably take closer to 40 or 50 RMS as kicker under rates its products. I am very happy with the sound quality and you cannot beat the price.

Now these sound Great. For what they are.. 3 way's would prob sound better, but for just a head unit to use they sound Great! Not a ton of bass, but nice and tight. If used with a sub they will be the perfect balance for cheap!

I bought these speakers because I needed something that would be able to complimented my stereo upgrade and the sound quality wasn't to my standards. At the end I was better off with my factory speakers

I bought these Kicker 6 1/2's back in May 5, 2010, to put into my Pontiac G6. I installed them myself when i received them about a week later. They are exactly what I was looking for in replacement speakers. They offer great highs and mids. If bass is what you are expecting don't look into these. There aren't many 6 1/2's that I know of that put out very much bass. Even with that said, the bass isn't bad, it is what's expected of a 6 1/2 speaker. Excellent replacements or upgrades from stock.
