This is an awesome amp with more power than a person would know what to do with, you better have a/some subs that will handle a lot of power in a big enough enclosure, or you will blow them, guaranteed! No complaints at all, best price (better than any on ebay too) and great product, Thanks Amazon!

I dont actually have the a3000db, I have the A2400db. I have been using this amp for at least 2 years. Have had no problems. Pushes lots of power. If you are looking for an amp to push lots of power and are willing to sacrafice a little bit of sound quality, this is probably the best bang for the buck. At 1 ohm, ( yes they are 1 ohm stable ) the 2400 will push 1800 rms. Dont be fooled by the simple plain look. this amp is no PUNK! You will need either a cap or an alternator upgrade, or get a yellow top optima. Draws lots of current.
Pros: cheap, powerfull, 1 ohm stable, digital circuitry, conservative,bridging sycronization( means you can hook two of these together and push twice the power with master and slave switches), very low response(15HZ-150Hz),
Cons: dsitortion level high (0.5% THD)

I got this amp for 200 bucks for a friend brand new still in the box.thought it was a good deal until i hooked it up and realized it was a great deal i had it bangin two L7 15s i had to put a new face plate on my box it blew it off....best amp i have ever owned if you want raw power for a good price this is the amp you better have some tough speakers tho,if not go ahead and put R.I.P "rest in pieces" on them bad boys... just sayin this amp aint nothing to play wit

this amp is a beast, no doubt about it. i think that it is the best amp that power acoustik offers. i have it on two 15'' hypnotic audio subs and that are hittin' hard. i've had both the 5500 gothic series and the 5500 bamf series and they don't even come close. i highly recommend this amp if your on a limited budget. you really do get the bang for your buck.
