By Doug D. Birmingham, AL I installed this in my Motorcoach to stop the bad hum on a CB radio that was being caused by battery charging from my 2000 watt inverter. All I can say is GONE! No more noise.

Worse than nothing Nov 07, 2010
By James L. Barrese I bought this to try and fix the ground noise problem I was having after installing a 4-channel amplifier in my car. I hooked this up between the ground/battery and the amp. Not only did it not suppress the noise, it possibly made it a bit worse and maybe cut a little off of the high-end. A complete waste of time.

This review is based on how the supressors that were made 25yrs ago worked. Yes the design is that old! Why mess with a good thing? I have no idea if it will help an audio system but in my experience with CB/Ham equipment it's hard to beat! You must hook it up as close as possible to the RADIO not the battery like many other systems recommend. The concept is pretty simple, so I don't see how it could be ruined but I guess anything is possible.
