You can return any item for any reason within the first 10 days, for an exchange or refund, whichever you prefer. All we ask is that the item be complete and in like new condition with all original packing, accessories. Unfortunately, items that are returned incomplete will be assessed a restocking fee of 20 percent. Items which have been installed, may not be returned for a full refund, but can be exchanged for the same model as long as the item is defective. When returning for a refund, the exact amount of refund will be determined on the return of the item pending an inspection of the items condition and defective. Warranty period of the defective items is 30 days from date of delivery, provided by UPS tracking. Steps for Returns: 1. Email Us. All returns need a Return Authorization number, please email rma@carampandspeaker.com In the subject line type “RA Request,” include the item’s model number, serial number (if noted on the invoice), invoice number, your name and number. Please allow two (2) to five (5) for the RA request process. We will then email you back the return address and RA number. All RA Numbers expire within 10 business days of being issued. All return product MUST be post marked with 10 business days of RA Number being issued. 2. Pack Carefully. · The item should be returned in the manufacturer's box with all the remotes, manuals, and original wiring included. · Please use the original outside box if possible. A safely packaged and complete return is less likely to incur damage or restocking fees. · Mark the outside of the box clearly with the RA number.
Please Note: Shipping, handling, insurance costs and Amazon.com Payment Processing Charge of $5.00 are non-refundable regardless of the reason for the return. In the event of a return, customer is liable to pay for the product to be shipped back to CarAmpAndSpeaker, and we will pay for the return postage for the exchanged item. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received freight collect, without RA #, not approved for return, or in any way not meeting the above conditions, will be refused. RA numbers must be clearly printed on the outside of the package. It is the sole responsibility of the sender to ensure that all articles are received by CarAmpAndSpeaker in a fair and undamaged manner. We will not be held liable for inbound parcels which are misdirected, damaged or lost en-route. Using an insured shipping method is recommended. |
